Full payment is required to secure your booking.

All payments are non-refundable.

No changes to orders will be accepted once the invoice is paid.

All orders must be picked up within 15 minutes of the scheduled time or they will be donated to local charitable organizations.

We are not responsible for any damage to your order after it is picked up. You are responsible for the appropriate environment for your completed order.

All orders must be picked up at Sprinkled by Kristina’s home bakery in South Charlotte near Providence and Ballantyne Commons.

We reserve the right to photograph our baked goods/treats and use those photographs for promotion without providing compensation to you.

Sprinkled by Kristina is approved for home production by the NC Department of Agriculture. Customer is aware that the order will be completed in a home kitchen where cross contamination although unlikely is possible.

Performance of this agreement is contingent upon the ability of Sprinkled by Kristina, LLC to complete the order and is subject to labor disputes, strikes, accidents, Acts of God, and other causes beyond our control. If this agreement cannot be carried out for any of those reasons, Sprinkled by Kristina will issue a refund.
